The SCAHL All Star weekend is on tap this Saturday, January 14 and Sunday January 15, hosted for the third consecutive year by Red Deer Minor Hockey.

This is the 13th annual All Star event for the league. Teams comprised of All Star selections (128 participants in all) from the North Conference face off against their South Conference counterparts in the Pee Wee AA, Bantam AA and Midget AA Divisions.  Coaching staffs are selected from the teams that were in first place in their Conference as of the December 11 selection date.

Saturday, the teams gather for a practice session, then join over 450 other guests at the All Star Banquet for dinner, speakers and the All Star Jersey presentation and team pictures.
